Residential – Farm conversion
Planning permission was secured for the conversion of Aldertons Farm, which is located in the Metropolitan Green Belt and which includes a Grade II Listed Building, to residential use. Initially this involved the conversion of a barn and cowshed to provide 5 2-bedroom and 1 3-bedroom house. Further permissions were granted for dwellings following the demolition of existing farm buildings. Planning permission was secured for the conversion of an Implement Shed to provide 2 additional dwellings.
