Planning permission had been refused for the erection of a semi-detached 2-storey dwelling house on a strip of garden land adjacent to an existing property. H&A were appointed top repare and submitted an appeal challenging the Councils reasons for refusal.

The Inspector agreed with our evidence and overruled the main reasons for refusal in respect of impact on neighbours and the character of the area, but was not satisfied by evidence in respect of the potential impact on flooding.

A revised planning application was submitted by H&A which included the findings of a detailed drainage survey and flood risk assessment and planning permission was approved.
I am very pleased with the outcome and grateful for their help in achieving planning permission.
I would highly recommend Horne Associates to anyone needing planning advice or support.
