Fetcham Park House is a Grade II* Listed Building which had previously been used as serviced offices. Planning permission was secured on appeal, following a hard fought planning inquiry in which the Council were supported by local residents, in response to an Enforcement Notice. This allowed the building to be used as a venue for weddings and other celebrations as a means of contribution to the maintenance of this prestigious building.
